Manage Team License
How do I assign or remove users from my Walution team license?
This article describes how to manage a Walution Team License, including adding and removing users, increasing the maximum number of users, and renewing a license.
Access License Information
Click on Extensions > Walution > License to open the License dialog box.
NOTE: You need to be the Walution administrator to manage a team license. Otherwise, you need permission from the administrator to complete the steps below.
In the License dialog box, the following information regarding your team license is found:
Max Licensed Users
When a user Last Used the add-on
Add a New User
In the License dialog box, click on Add User.
Enter the user's email account in the box provided, then click on OK.
Users may or may not be within your domain (or organization). For example:
Remove an Existing User
In the License dialog box, locate the user to be removed and click on Delete.
Note the warning message (see below), then click on Yes.
Once users are deleted, they cannot be added again. Therefore, it is important to only delete users who will never use the add-on again within your organization, e.g. if they have left the company.
The administrator takes up one of the user licenses by default and can not be deleted.
Increase the Maximum Number of Users
In the License dialog box, click on Buy More to open the Purchase dialog box.
Under Team, select the number of additional licensed users that are going to be added to the team license, then click on Buy Now.
You will receive a message to confirm the number of additional licensed users to be added, and the number of existing licensed users on the team license. The displayed Expiry Date applies to all new and existing licensed users.
Click on Yes, then provide the payment details when prompted. The frequently asked questions related to payment can be found in this article.
In the License dialog box, click on Renew to open the Purchase dialog box.
Complete the form according to your renewal preferences, then click on Buy Now.

Advanced Feature: Automatically Install the Walution Add-on for Specific Users
This section describes how to install the add-on for specific users on your domain so that the add-on automatically appears under their Add-ons menu.
NOTE: The following steps need to be carried out by your Google Workspace Admin using the Google Admin Console.
Add the add-on to the domain install list and assign it to the applicable organizational unit(s).
Now the users within the assigned organizational unit(s) will have the add-on installed automatically.
