What is the difference between the free version and the paid version?
The free version has limits as described in this article. There are no limits with the paid/full version.
I bought an individual license - can I upgrade to a team license later?

I paid but I still don't have access to the full version - why?
Usually payments are registered instantly, and you can use the full version of the add-on straight away. However, sometimes the payment provider's system might take several minutes to inform us that you have paid.
Does my payment provider (e.g. PayPal) email address have to match my Google account?
No, it doesn't matter which email address you use with your payment provider. The payment is always connected with the Google account that was used to install the add-on, or the email address entered in the payment form.
What if I have two Google accounts (e.g. email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org) - do I have to pay for each account?
Yes, each license is granted to one account only. However, if you would like to grant access to a number of users you are eligible for a volume discount. You can calculate your discount by filling out the payment form.
